I was assigned to write a literary review on a book of my choice for my Principles of English II class. Seeing how incredible Jane Eyre was, I chose to read Wuthering Heights. I’m not going to lie to you, it was absolutely terrible.

My review basically cut down Wuthering Heights in every way possible. I thought that I would get a lousy grade, seeing as the majority of people think this book is outstanding for some odd reason.

It turns out I got a 98% on it, and my teacher commented, “I agree with you. This book sucks.”
